This complaints policy regulates the procedure for submitting complaints regarding goods purchased from the online store www.bogararchery.sk.

Liability for defects

The seller is responsible for defects that the goods have at the time of delivery to the buyer.

The warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of receiving the goods.

Submitting a complaint

A complaint can be submitted:

  • by email
  • in writing
  • by sending the goods to the seller’s address

The buyer must provide:

  • order number
  • description of the defect
  • contact details

Complaint handling

The seller is obliged to resolve the complaint within 30 days from the date it was submitted.

The buyer has the right to:

  • repair of the goods
  • replacement of the goods
  • a reasonable discount
  • withdrawal from the contract

Unjustified complaints

The complaint does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear
  • mechanical damage
  • improper use of the goods
