General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store bogararchery.sk

1. Basic provisions

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in the sale of goods through the online store www.bogararchery.sk.

The buyer is any natural or legal person who orders goods through the online store.

A consumer is a natural person who does not act within the scope of their business activity.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The order is created by confirming the order form on the e-shop website.

After submitting the order, the buyer receives an automatic confirmation email about the receipt of the order.

The purchase contract is concluded by confirmation of the order by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability or an obviously incorrect price.

3. Price of goods

All prices are stated in euros.

The price of the goods includes VAT (if the seller is a VAT payer).

The price does not include shipping costs, which are specified in the order.

4. Payment terms

The buyer may pay for the goods by:

• Bank transfer to the seller’s account
• Cash on delivery (in Slovakia only up to an order value of 100 €)

Orders above 100 € must be paid in advance.

5. Delivery conditions

Goods are delivered through:

• Courier Service GLS (Slovakia, within the EU and Europe)
• Slovak Post (Slovakia, within the EU and Europe, Eurasia, Asia, Africa, USA, UK, South America), Eurasia, Asia, Africa, USA, UK, South America)
• Other shipping options, such as UPS or FedEx, are also available upon individual agreement.

After the order is placed, the shipping cost will be specified based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

The buyer is obliged to return the unused goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal, in the original packaging and with all parts included.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

The seller will refund the paid amount no later than 14 days after the withdrawal from the contract.

7. Complaints

The complaint conditions are governed by the Complaints Policy available on the e-shop website.

8. Alternative dispute resolution

The buyer – consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body.

This body is mainly the Slovak Trade Inspection.

9. Final provisions

These terms and conditions become effective on the date of publication on the e-shop website.

The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

The archery equipment sold is intended for sport and recreational purposes.

The buyer is obliged to use the products in a safe manner and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the product.
