1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Buyer is any natural or legal person who in any way contacts the seller with the intention of purchasing the goods the seller offers.
A consumer contract is any contract regardless of the legal form that the supplier concludes with the consumer.
By using the Seller's web site and confirmation of the order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are valid until the new Terms of Business are issued.
- the buyer selects the product based on the current offer posted on the bogararchery.sk website, confirming this selection by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Upon completion of the purchase, the customer checks the contents of the shopping cart and clicks on the "Checkout" to complete the order, completing the information needed to successfully complete the order (personal details, billing and delivery address, delivery method and payment method).
Orders made through the bogararchery.sk online store are binding. Before submitting an order, the buyer confirms that he has become acquainted with and accepts these terms and conditions, which he confirms with the active "I have read and agree to the Terms of Business". You can confirm the order by clicking on "PAYMENT OBLIGATION ORDER".
The proposal for the conclusion of the contract is the placement of the goods offered on the website bogararchery.sk, the contract is created by sending the order to the buyer and accepting the order to the seller. This admission by the seller www. bogararchery.sk automatically confirms the buyer's email, but this confirmation does not affect the creation of the purchase contract. The contract thus concluded can not be changed unilaterally (the contract thus concluded may be changed by agreement between the two parties). Information on the individual steps leading to the conclusion of the contract results from these terms and conditions, and the buyer always has the option to check or correct the order before submitting the order itself. The contract is concluded in the Slovak language and, if this is not done by the seller or the buyer, it is possible to conclude the contract in another, understandable language.

Post service is calculated personally for the each order, minimal post services fee is from 16 EUR, but is depends on the target country.
Customer will be informed by email and have to confirm the postal fee.
The seller is a VAT payer, all prices are including VAT according to the EU country concerned.
If we export to third countries, we can send the goods without VAT only if customs fee is applied.
Customs fee is from 25 eur per package, depending on goods number, for every additional type of product is plus 10 EUR.
The minimum order value is 25 €.
The buyer can pay the buyer's price by transferring to the bank account or by paypal
4.1. By bank transfer to the account in advance
After we receive your order, we will send you the account number and the payment reference (i.e. variable symbol) that you need to provide when sending the payment. For bank transfer, you will pay for the goods in advance by depositing to our bank account. We are asking you to send the payment only after getting our confirmation email from us icluding final amount of goods and post service. We will only send you the goods after receiving the payment.
4.2 Paypal account
0,05% paypal fee will be applied for the whole amount of the order including post service. Once you receive your order, we will send you the account number and the payment reference (i.e. variable symbol) that you need to provide when sending the payment. For paypal transfer, you will pay for the goods in advance by depositing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the goods only after receiving the payment.
5. SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS
The delivery period begins on the day of the acceptance of the binding order, which contains all the necessary data for its equipment. The order is accepted and shipped within 7 business days. In case the ordered goods are not in stock, the seller commits to notify the buyer without delay and agree to the next procedure.
6. DELIVERY OF GOODS
The goods are delivered within and outside of the Slovak Republic through the services of the Slovak Post Office, GLS or Fedex.
The delivery is governed by the applicable terms of the Slovak Post, and you can choose from 3 options.
6.1. Package to address
The delivery is delivered to your chosen address. The Post Office will inform the addressee by sending an SMS or by written notice.
6.2 EMS/GLS Express Mail Service
Service for fast delivery of goods abroad.
7. WITHDRAWAL OF THE TREATY
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason in accordance with Section 7 of Act no. 102/2014 Z.z. on consumer protection in the case of distance sales within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In accordance with § 7 par. 6 of Act no. 102/2014 Z.z. the customer can not withdraw from a contract involving: the sale of goods which are subject to a rapid deterioration in quality or perishability, wear or obsolescence, the sale of goods contained in a protective packaging which is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging after delivery broken.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in written form or in the form of registration on another durable medium (e-mail). The withdrawal period shall be deemed to be maintained if the notice of withdrawal has been sent no later than the last day of the period.
The consumer is obliged to send the goods back to Bogár Archery, registered at xxxxx within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, it is recommended to send the goods as a package by registered mail. The consumer shall attach to the package a copy of the tax document (invoice) delivered to him with the goods and a copy of the delivery receipt issued by the consignor. The repayment period shall be deemed to have been retained if the goods were shipped for shipment not later than the last day of the period. The costs of returning goods are borne by the consumer.
The seller commits to return the purchase price within 14 days to the account that the consumer has stated on the form. The seller will refund the full purchase price, bank costs incurred on the buyer's side cannot be transferred to the seller. We are not responsible for the exchange rate differences.
Withdrawal from the contract will also reimburse the cost of delivering the goods within the range of the cheapest normal delivery method offered by the seller (i.e., ordinary postage for mail delivery by the Slovak Post). In the event of unjustified withdrawal, the goods will be returned at the expense of the consumer.
8. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
Claims handling are governed by the warranty conditions of specific goods, the Commercial Code and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and special regulations. In order to exercise the rights of liability for defects (claim), proof of purchase is always sufficient (invoice attached, cash receipt). Returned goods are the buyer obliged to deliver to the claim clean, mechanically undamaged, with a copy of the invoice, the cash receipt. The buyer is required to send a description of the defect together with the goods.
The post fee have to be covered by the buyer. If he will not send back the damaged product to the seller's adress, the post fee and packaging will be deducted from the original amount payed by the buyer.
If new product will be provided to the customer, the post fee is on the customer side, and product will be provided after getting the post fee.
Warranty PROCEDURE: As soon as possible inform us by email or telephone about the product error. Send the product back to the seller's address.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The seller declares that all personal data are confidential, will be used only to perform the contract with the buyer and will not be otherwise disclosed, provided to a third party, etc., except for the distribution or payment situation regarding the ordered goods (notification of the name and address of the delivery ). Personal data that is provided to the buyer by the seller to fulfill the order is collected, processed and stored in accordance with applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular with Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended. The Buyer gives the seller his / her consent to collect and process such personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the Purchase Contract, until such time as it is in writing to disagree with such processing. The buyer has the right to access his or her personal data and the right to correct them, including other legal rights to such data.
